The means to enjoy a 'sit up and enjoy the view' take on cycling, with impressive component behind the charming aesthetic - The appropriately named Dawes 'Breeze'
Adopting the aesthetic of a traditional bicycle you'd see on the streets of Rotterdam, with a step-through Alloy frame ensuring easy mounting & dismounting, and rear rack combined with it's wicker basket mounted up front for your shopping bags or work gear. As do Dutch bikes typically, the Breeze screams ergonomic genius.
Dawes are renowned for their superior build quality and attention to detail, and the Electric series is no exception. Featuring a generous 10Ah battery mounted neatly between the seat tube and rear wheel, achieving not only a 30 mile range, but also a well balanced centre of gravity which really plays a part when it comes to luggage on the front & rear. The battery powers a 250w 24v rear hub motor, capable of up to 15.5MPH with 3 power modes to alter between to adapt to various terrains and conditions, with a 6 speed gearing system working concurrently to provide a tailored, versatile ride.
With front & rear V-Brakes and 26" Commuter tyres covering the traction and stopping power, and a chain guard, kickstand, mudguards and comfort saddle covering the refinements.
A refined all-rounder that marries a charming traditional Dutch aesthetic with British build quality - right at home swiftly cruising down the promenade or canal path, with the capability to adapt should the going get a little rough.
